Red spine with gilt title. Pictorial boards. Pink and white pictorial endpapers. Double-sided colour plates and two-tone text illustrations. Stories, puzzles, poems and strip pictures. Spine bumped and gilt faded. Corners and lower edges of covers worn. 4" closed tear to page 105/6. Just an odd mark to contents. Dustwrapper is edge worn with a few tears and some edge loss, tape repairs to verso. 1" missing from top of spine and wear to botom half. Slightly grubby but colours are still bright.

One page partially detached. Ticks to last puzzle. Foxing to page edges.

A little light foxing to page edges otherwise contents are clean. Pictorial wrapper is edge worn with tears some of which have been mended on verso with tape. Spine is browned. Wrapper is a little grubby. Book has a light musty smell.

Some bumping and wear to spine and corners. A little fading/browning along cover edges. Foxing to outer page edges and a few page margins. A few grubby marks. Dot-to-dot is done (p.73). Wrapper is price-cut with edge-tears and chips; mostly repaired to verso with white tape. A little loss to wrapper.

Also slightly grubby with a browned spine. Reverse is foxed.
